Retrieved information can be stored and categorized based on, e.g. the LATCH technique. LATCH is a model for organizing information according to Location, Alphabet, Time, Category, Hierarchy.
The model was created by Richard Saul Wurman in1990 (Information Anxiety).

Many online platforms can be used to organize information. Examples of data storage and management systems are cloud storage services (Dropbox, Google Drive, Cloud storage) or more versatile collaboration and work management tools such as Trello, Airtable, Asana or Miro. These platforms offer many opportunities for team work, project planning, task management, and file management, Many of them offer free educational license.
