2. Facilitating online teamwork

Digitalization of teamwork enables self-directed collaborative learning but needs to be well facilitated in order to make teamwork motivating and effective. Understanding the basic team processes will help educators to form teams successfully, to reserve enough time for the team bonding and offer tools for teams’ continuous work towards successful collaborative learning.
