Even though educators can easily find on the Internet, it is crucial to evaluate the information sources, i.e. if they are reliable, up-to-date, and unbiased.
Educators should take time to take the time to examine them, for instance, in terms of authority, accuracy, coverage, purpose, bias and timeliness. To evaluate your sources, educators can take into consideration the following questions:

  • WHO is communicating the information?
  • WHAT does the material contain?
  • WHY was the material published?
  • WHEN was the material produced?
