Buddy programs/Mentor students/Tutor students can be chosen or organised to support individual students or student groups. Especially in the beginning of studies peer support and mentorship can be crucial.
Student union of Laurea UAS recruits tutor students for every starting student group. The previous groups’ students can apply and act as mentors for the ‘freshmen’, also digitally which makes it possible to be a tutor student regardless of the place of residence.
