The content in the course can be divided into small chunks, structured didactically as activities or content for activation, input, reflection, output, and assessment in the learning management system (LMS) using the technical settings of the system. There are possibilities to define activity completion and also to set a restriction for one activity. That enables the educator to define what are the prerequisites for one content to make sure that the learners achieve the skills according to the learning plan. The restriction to access one activity can be reading/watching the content previously added or receiving a certain grade on a quiz. This setting can enable the advancing in the block or require a repetition of the previous content.
