  • a feedback system that allows the sender to check how many of the recipients have already read the message.
  • a schedule that allows the user to plan the sending of the message.
  • private communication between the teacher and a student – this communication remains hidden for the fellow students.

Educators can easily interact with learners in the form of a personal exchange in a two-person setting or in a group setting. Most of these messaging tools offer the feature of seeing only the name of the participants rather than the phone numbers which makes communication more personal and also easier.
