Being able to share a screen and use the presentation mode is an essential skill in virtual meetings. An educator should be able to instruct or share instructions to learners on how to share their screen, desktop or other content on a particular synchronous learning platform (e.g Zoom, Teams, Google Classroom).
The educator can enable learners to practice sharing their screen or other content and presentation modes in small group in breakout rooms for gaining confidence in presenting. Peer students can be asked to instruct each others and try to solve the problem together if someone is facing difficulties.
