The hometown map icebreaker is a simple but fun conversation starter for a new group of learners.
At the beginning of the first lesson the learners can post on a digital classroom as they enter the conference space. They can mark where they were born or where they live. Afterwards a coincidence may happen: some people might have been born in the same place, some might vacation in someone else’s birthplace. The point is to start some conversation and eliminate the first day guard.
