Students can be advised to organize short sessions for stretching/moving during class and thus avoid or lessen the attendants’ adverse effects of sitting still. Students can also be guided to follow stretching or exercise videos. Alternatively, they can create series of stretching sessions which may even be recorded for later use or for those absent, and be awarded with credits for creating them.
There are also personal trainer software to be easily found in the internet and various apps such as the Cuckoo workout app to remind the student to move around every so often.
