For technical support, educators can refer students to existing technical or instructional tutorials (Open Educational Resources). Since the selection of online tutorials is very wide, it is important that the educator makes a pre-selection and a specific linking to a relevant set of tutorials.

For example, Microsoft or Adobe have wide tutorial repositories which can be benefited from.

The institutional help desk services may also have a pool of digital advice such as a list of answers to FAQ or a series of short video clips, tutorials, addressing the most common digital issues the students face in their learning activities in general or in a specific study unit.
