Gathering stakeholder feedback means that participating and involved stakeholders (e.g., students, teachers, employers) are asked about their satisfaction with and assessment of the digitalised pedagogic practice of specific courses or study programmes by using criteria-based questionnaire guidelines. The latter can be applied in the context of surveys (online or paper-and-pencil), semi-structured focus group discussions or interviews. The feedback should be used by stakeholders to jointly develop recommendations for further improvements.
