Education institutions should continuously offer training courses for improving teachers’ digital teaching competencies, for example through centres of digitalised learning and teaching that promote the acquisition of skills for the successful design of digital teaching, learning and educational processes. Such training offers and further education courses may include provision of tools and applications for designing online teaching or using and producing digital teaching materials as open educational resources.
